As a co-founder of Unico Properties, Noami is dedicated to helping clients find their dream homes while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering at a local shelter, and caring for her rescue dog and cat.

Maria has been living in Spain for over 14 years, with 12 of those dedicated to the real estate market on the Costa del Sol. Holding a Master’s and Doctorate in Translation and Interpreting, she is fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian, allowing her to connect seamlessly with an international clientele.

With a deep passion for real estate, Maria combines professionalism, market expertise, and a client-oriented approach to ensure every transaction is smooth and successful.

Beyond real estate, Maria is also a journalist in the fashion industry and an expert in social media, bringing creativity and a keen eye for detail to everything she does.
